New Year’s Resolutions

People often make New Year’s resolutions with the best of intentions but, just as often, they don’t carry through with them. One of the keys to happiness is only taking on what you know you can accomplish, within the time frame you want to accomplish it, and be willing to make the necessary changes to make it happen.

Do You Negative Reaction to Setting Goals? I Did Once!

You are given a clean slate every day to change what it is you most desire. Yet, the New Year seems to always be a great time to plan..

Unique Twists to Design a Fabulous New Year

Every year at this time there is a lot of talk about setting goals, making resolutions or something similar. I’m not a fan of goals or resolutions and I always take a different approach starting with a clean slate and deciding how I want to feel in the new year and who I want to be. Even though there are so many techniques and advice out there about the new year, I do believe it all works (people wouldn’t be talking about how it changed their life if it didn’t).

Why You Need to Set Goals Now!

Do your current goals consist of paying your bills, driving to work, and just plain getting through the day? This is an impoverished way to live, and pushes you to react to your circumstances instead of create the fabulous life you deserve. Setting goals is a positive step to take to live a fulfilled life.

Clear the Decks and Deck the Halls!

It’s that time again. Time to look back at your business during the past year and put together a plan for the upcoming year. How can you let go of what’s not working and make room for what you really want: a different approach to your work, more emphasis on areas that are the most profitable, time to focus on the activities you enjoy most? Be brave and trust the process. Notice which things about your business feel good and which things feel uninspired, hard, or boring.
